Companion Coffee Roasters - Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
We want your experience with Companion Coffee Roasters to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Whether you're subscribed to our monthly beans, a member of our Unlimited Drip Coffee Club, or just accidentally ordered the wrong roast, here is how we handle cancellations.
Subscriptions (Unlimited Drip Coffee Club & Monthly Beans)
Whether you are enrolled in our $24.95 monthly Unlimited Drip Coffee Club or receive our freshly roasted coffee beans delivered to your door each month, you have full control over your subscription. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
How to cancel: Simply log into your account on our website to manage your purchase options, or shoot us an email, and we’ll happily take care of it for you.
Standard Orders (Retail, Wholesale & Merch)
Because we pride ourselves on freshness, we start preparing our small-batch roasts pretty quickly! If you need to cancel an order you just placed, please reach out to us immediately. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted and processed. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our standard Refund Policy.
Coffee Cart Events
When you book our mobile espresso cart for your wedding, corporate event, or private party, we reserve that date just for you. We get it, sometimes party plans change! However, if you need to cancel the cart for your upcoming event, your initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your scheduled date. For cancellations made within 30 days of the event, your $100 deposit is non-refundable.
