Our Promise to Our Companions
We roast every batch of our ethically traded beans with a whole lot of love right here in our historic Florence storefront. We want your daily coffee experience to be exceptional, so if something isn't right, let's fix it.
Roasted Coffee Beans
Because we prioritize freshness, our roasted coffee beans are generally a non-returnable item. However, we know mistakes happen! If you accidentally ordered the wrong type (like grabbing ground coffee instead of whole bean, or vice versa), we will gladly accept a return or exchange as long as the bag is completely unopened and unused. Just reach out to us so we can get you the right beans! And of course, if your bag arrives damaged or we messed up your order, let us know right away and we'll make it right.
Merchandise & Non-Coffee Items
Bought some merch and it’s just not the right fit? No worries. We accept returns and exchanges on all unused, unwashed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Just bring it by the shop or shoot us an email.
Coffee Cart Events
We get it, sometimes party plans change! However, if you need to cancel the mobile espresso cart for your upcoming event, your initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your scheduled date. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you'll lose your $100 deposit.
