From Our Roastery to Your Door
Every bag of our ethically traded coffee is proudly roasted in small batches right here in our historic Florence storefront. We want to get our fresh roasts into your hands as quickly as possible so you can slow down and enjoy a great cup, wherever you are.
Order Processing
Because we prioritize freshness, please allow [1 to 3 business days] for us to process and pack your order before it ships out. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your best Companion is boxed up and on its way!
Shipping Rates & Times
We offer [Standard and Expedited] shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed right before you complete your purchase.
Please note our official policy on transit times: All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays, nor are we responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Risk of Loss
We take great care in packing your retail or wholesale beans, but once we hand your products over to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss passes to you. If a package goes missing or gets significantly delayed in transit, let us know and we’ll do our best to help you track it down with the carrier!
